The basic ground rules for using HomyQuick and requesting a cash offer.
Visiting the HomyQuick website, submitting a property for a cash offer, or signing up for an account means agreement to these Terms & Service together with the Privacy Policy. If any part of these terms is unacceptable, please stop using the site and discontinue any related communications.
HomyQuick provides direct cash home buying as a sole-proprietor service. The website is informational and allows a homeowner to request a cash offer, ask a question, and follow up on the status of a submission. HomyQuick is not a real estate brokerage and does not list, market, or sell properties on behalf of others. Information on the site is for general guidance. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice. Speak with a qualified professional for advice tied to a specific situation.
The site and service are intended for adults aged eighteen or older who own, or are legally authorized to act on behalf of, a property located within the service area. By submitting a form, the user confirms these eligibility criteria are met.
A cash offer is prepared based on the details shared, a property walk-through, and current market conditions. Until both parties sign a written purchase agreement, any verbal or written offer is non-binding and may be revised or withdrawn. Submitted information about a property is expected to be accurate to the best of the homeowner's knowledge. Any offer is contingent on title, inspection, and verification of ownership. A homeowner is under no obligation to accept any offer presented, and pricing reflects current condition rather than a market appraisal.
Once a written agreement is signed, closing is handled through a licensed title company or attorney. Standard closing costs on the buyer side are covered by HomyQuick. Existing mortgages, liens, taxes, or judgments tied to the property are settled from the sale proceeds at closing. The closing date is negotiated to fit the seller's needs, and funds are wired or delivered as cleared funds at closing.
By providing a phone number and email, the user agrees to receive transactional communications about an inquiry, an offer, or a closing. Marketing texts or service updates are only sent after a separate opt-in. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS, or HELP for assistance. Email subscribers can unsubscribe using the link in any message.
An account holder is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity that occurs under the account. Notify HomyQuick promptly of any suspected unauthorized access. Accounts must not be used to upload false information, harass anyone, attempt to bypass site security, scrape data, or interfere with the normal operation of the service.

The site and service are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. No warranty is given that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the maximum extent allowed by law, all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are disclaimed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomyQuick is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of use of the site or service, including lost profits or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Total cumulative liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid by the claimant to HomyQuick in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.
The user agrees to indemnify and hold HomyQuick harmless from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from misuse of the site or service, breach of these terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration on an individual basis under the rules of a recognized arbitration body, in a venue mutually agreed by the parties. Class actions and class-wide arbitration are not permitted.
These terms may be updated to reflect changes in service or law. The effective date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means agreement to the updated terms.
